Please be advised that Silverleaf House does not have designated parking spaces for residents or private contractors. 
The only exception is short-term parking for moving in or out, which is extremely limited and must be arranged in advance.To arrange the loading bay, please click here

Parking Arrangements at Silverleaf House

The marked parking bays throughout the estate are exclusively allocated to other blocks within the estate and are not for the use of Silverleaf House residents or their visitors.
Please also note that:

We are not responsible for the car park on the estate and are not able to cancel any parking penalties issued by PCM.
  • If any resident or contractor parks on the estate, a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) will be issued by PCM. Damage caused by alterations, misuse, or day-to-day wear is the resident’s responsibility.
  • The PCN may either be sent by post to the registered vehicle owner or issued as a yellow ticket placed on the vehicle’s windscreen.
  • We are not responsible for the car park on the estate and are not able to cancel any parking penalties issued by PCM.
We kindly ask for your cooperation to these arrangements to ensure the smooth operation and safety of the estate for all residents.
