Waste & Recycling

Communal bins are located in the designated bin room / waste area.

Please place all waste inside the correct bins only.

Do not leave bags or items outside the bins.

For normal household waste only.
All rubbish must be placed in securely tied bags.
No loose items.
Do not dispose of:

• Bulky items
• Electrical items
• Hazardous, harmful, or flammable materials or liquids

Use recycling bins for paper, cardboard, plastics, cans, and glass.

Please rinse items before recycling.

Do not place food waste or black bags in recycling bins.

Bin collection takes place weekly on FRIDAY.
On collection days, bins may be temporarily placed outside the building.

During this time:

• Please use the bins located outside, or
• Wait until bins are returned to the bin room.

Residents will be notified once bins are returned.

Furniture, appliances, large boxes, and other bulky items must not be left in bin areas.

These items must be disposed of via:

• Ealing Council bulky waste collection, or
• A third-party removal service arranged by the resident.

Do not litter anywhere in the building or estate.

Always use the bins provided.

Do not throw rubbish or any items from balconies, terraces, or external areas.

Commercial waste (including restaurant or business waste) must be collected directly by the business and must not be disposed of in residential bins.
